► An INVOICE OF PAYMENT DUE will be sent for 50% of your total service cost after your SECOND MISSED APPOINTMENT.

► Frequent cancellations will be subject to being blacklisted as a client.

► Universal disinfecting practices are in full effect at my location. Expect a clean environment and safe hygienic practices, ALWAYS!

► Due to COVID-19, face masks worn by your service provider can be requested, if you prefer.

► If you choose to mask up, consider bringing a clean mask to put on after your facial treatment to prevent bacteria transfer & protect your skin.

► Gratuity is always appreciated - never expected!

► Cellular Devices:

To prevent distractions during your treatments, please refrain from cell phone use upon entering the treatment room. Please arrive at your appointment no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow you the extra time to complete the required consultation forms so that it won’t cut into your service treatment time.

► Please come to your appointment ALONE:

This is that small sliver of time for you. Please do not bring others along with you to your appointment. This especially includes children. If you cannot find childcare, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Having children in the spa is not only a major safety hazard, but a distraction.

► Photography or Video in the treatment room may be allowed by either party (client/service provider) with written and/or verbal permission. Content posted from treatment room on social media shall include the handle @JenTheEsty

► During facial & waxing services, a spa gown and a headband to keep hair out of the face will be provided.
